Sewage Overflow Alert

Due to a Mercer Island sewage overflow, the Enatai Beach Park swim area is closed until 3:30 p.m. on April 16. Chesterfield Beach Park, SE 40th Street Boat Launch, and Burrows Landing are also closed to swimming. Users of non-motorized watercraft should use caution and avoid the affected area.

9-1-1 service has been restored for landline and wireless callers in King County after there was a widespread outage affecting Washington and Oregon early Thursday morning. VoIP (voice over IP) callers may still experience some temporary problems.
