    Add to Calendar 2023-02-27 16:00:00 2023-02-27 16:00:00 Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) Reform LUCA Information Session As part of a series of housing-related actions called Next Right Work, and in an effort to create a variety of housing choices in the City of Bellevue, the City Council has initiated a set of amendments to the Land Use Code to remove regulatory barriers for attached ADUs, making it easier for property owners to build ADUs, and to create a pathway for separate ownership of ADUs.  Join city staff for a public information session to learn more about the current regulations for ADUs in Bellevue and the potential changes being considered.
