An amendment to a previously filed plat or short plat. (LG)

Apply for this permit online at MyBuildingPermit. When entering your Application Information, choose the following:

1. Application type: Land Use
2. Project type: Nonresidential or Multifamily Residential or Single Family Residential
3. Activity type: Amendments or Modifications to Previous Land Use Approval
4. Scope of work: Plat Amendment or Short Plat Amendment

• Plat Map 
• Title Report

This document is necessary for verifying ownership and confirming the legal establishment of lot lines, easements, and restrictions that may affect the property.
